New Music: Ohana - When Things Come Alive

This is the first song to emerge from the group's forthcoming second album and is a brilliant smack of mathematical rhythms, whirlwind guitars and distant vocals. Absolutely brilliant stuff. The new album (which is still untitled) is set to be released on Imperative Residence in mid-September.

Ohana
Dead Beat

The first notable difference between Dead Beat and Ohana's last offering - the fantastic Weak Wrists - is the role that the vocals play. This time around Will Farrier's lyrics literally burst out of the speakers, delivered with a greater sense of urgency, emotion and conviction.
