Magic Dirt have announced the winners of the Who Wants To Support Magic Dirt On Their Massive Australian Tour 2008 Contest.

July 30: O'Dowds Irish Pub, Rockhampton - The Silence
August 1: Bon Amici, Toowoomba - My Fiction and Sonic Porno
August 2: Sands Tavern, Maroochydore - My Fiction and Sonic Porno
August 13: Wollongong Uni, Wollongong - The Pink Fits and The Nice Folk
August 15: Annandale Hotel, Sydney - Dead Farmers
August 16: Mona Vale Hotel, Mona Vale - Telehet
August 17: Oasis Youth Centre, Wyong - Fait Accompli and The Spiders
August 20: Plantation Hotel, Coffs Harbour - Loco Parentus
August 21: Great Northern, Byron Bay - Polaroid Fame and No Anchor
August 22: Cooly Hotel, Coolangatta - The Sea Shall Not Have Them

But the contest ain't over til the tattoed frontlady sings (which actually happened last night in ROCK-hampton but let's ignore that) and the band are still accepting entries for their shows in: Coober Pedy, Mt. Gambier, Warrnambool, Esperance, Albany, Mildura, Gippsland, Bendigo, Wilcannia, Broken Hill, Hobart and San Remo.
