Pixiphony (High Places Remix)

The original version of Pixiphony (included below for comparison purposes) was vocally overwhelming, as well as displaying a darker, more aggressive underside of The Kyu Ladyship. Even with this more forceful approach, the musical portion still seemed to be lusting for some sort of robotic interference.

North To South To East To You (Jonathan Boulet cover)

Those taste-making legends over at the Sydney Morning Herald are probably spinning in their physical newspaper graves/swivel chairs right now. After all, as we reported/re-blogged back in January, the newspaper named both Kyu and Jono Boulet in their list of 'must watch' artists of 2010 and now here they are, covering each other's songs, wrapping each other in love and generally making sugary sweet musical bread and spreading lovely sickly sweet jams all over the top of them.
The Weekend Edition (like New Edition but with 40% less Bobby Brown)
SMH lists some of the up-n-coming local acts to keep an eye on in 2010. Nice to see some props for Kyu and Jonathan "skate rat" Boulet.
Why? is on tonight!!!
