Polaroids Of Androids Party

There was a lot of things goingz on in Sydney Towne last Saturday evening but for us there was only one thing worth our precious 'weekend time'.

Our second annual party was held above the Newtown Hotel and carried on from last year's highly successful rooftop event, which featured a then up-and-coming band called Walrus and the now defunct Russian Brides.

This year we were lucky enough to get the TWO BEST BANDS IN SYDNEY at the moment - Hand Me My Jetpack and Talons - to play.

We honestly couldn't have dreamt up a better line-up and the whole set-up of them playing on the floor in a party-like setup was awesome. Big thanks to everyone that came along to celebrate and super shout-outs to both of the bands for playing. Judging by the positive reaction from people I talked to after both performances I think you definately got yourselves some new fans.

There are memory holes in my brain that you could drive semi-trailers through but allow these photos to pass on some of the atmosphere...

Big farewells to Mike Diggy who has headed off overseas to take up the position of International Music Correspondent for this website for the next year or so. He will covering the bestest music of Scandinavia as soon as he gets his shit togetherzz...
