Albert Hammond Jr is playing sideshows, releasing a new album, solving the world's whaling issues

Albert Hammond Jr (aka That Fuzzy Haired Guy From The Strokes aka Lil A-Ham aka One Of The Few Decent Acts Coming Out Here In August) has just revealed the details of the shows that him and his band will be performing when they are in the country for the Splendour In The Grass festival.

Wednesday, July 30: Prince Bandroom, Melbourne
Friday, August 1: The Gaelic Theatre, Sydney
Saturday, August 2: The Zoo, Brisbane

Tickets go on sale Monday, June 30.

Albert's new album, ¿Cómo Te Llama?, is due out on July 7, and from what we have heard of it so far it definitely leans more towards the experimental-ish (and Spanish) side of things than his last one.
