So, what are you doing this Saturday?

Sleeping in? Grocery shopping? Cleaning out the garage? Watching the Newtown Jets crush the Cronulla Sharks at Henson Park? Gardening? Furiously masturbating?

Well, all of these plans, ideas and suggestions pale in comparison to what I offer you - a pleasurable afternoon in sunny Marrickville where you will get yelled out by the bestest hardcore, grindcore, screamo, noisemaking muddaphuckers from all over Australia, who are coming together to fuck you up proper like as part of the Static Age Festival.

The festival will take place at the Dirty Shirlows warehouse space, which is located at 32 Shirlow St, Marrickville. Doors open at 2pm, it's an all ages event and will cost you just $10.

No word as to whether or not you will be able to purchase liquor at the venue so we suggest stocking up on yer longnecks, Bacardi (cuz it rhymes with party, which is crazy awesome when yer drunk) and West Coast Coolers on the way down.
