I saw Futureheads WAY back when opening for Franz Ferdinand. They were pretty good. But their last couple records haven't been all that great.

V Festival will be back in 2009, taking place at Sydney (March 28), Gold Coast (March 29), Melbourne (April 4) and Perth (April 5). Due to the cancellation of The Great Escape Festival, the Yeasayer Sydney show has been moved one day earlier to Monday, October 6. It will still take place at the Oxford Art Factory and all tickets purchased for Tuesday, October 7 are still valid. #

Sydney-based label etcetc (home of Pnau, Mission Control, Datarock and Annie) have announced a partnership deal with "cutting edge Parisian music and fashion house" Kitsune. The first releases from the deal will include records from the latest Kistune signings Cazals and AutoKratz, as well as the most recent of the famous Kitsune Maison compilations. #
