Holy Fuck, Saul Williams and Man Man named as part of Meredith Music Festival line-up

The line-up for this year's Meredith Music Festival was announced this morning:

  • Final Fantasy
  • Muscles
  • Little Red

  • Yacht Club DJ's
  • Architecture In Helsinki
  • Regurgitator
  • The Datsuns
  • Combo La Revelacion
  • Adam Green

Whoa.

The festival will run from December 12 to 14 and once again take place at the Meredith Natural Amphitheatre at Meredith, Victoria.

The ticket ballot is now open with the second round draw happening on Friday, August 29. After that there will regular store and online sales of the remaining tickets.

According to this blog post Muscles won't be appearing at Nevereverland 2008 anymore. Apparently, he has been given the boot because the festival has been 'downsized' and they can no longer afford to have him on the bill. #

In a newsletter sent out this afternoon Architecture In Helsinki have stated that there is "no album at the end of the rainbow, just 1 song, 1 summer and 1 love!". The one song they speak of is their new single That Beep, which is OUT NOW via iTunes, with a CD version (which comes packaged with a bucketload of remixes) scheduled to be released on December 13. #

Melbourne instrumentalists Mountains In The Sky and Sydney electro-pop-rock duo WOW have been named as the supports for the Holy Fuck show at the Annandale Hotel on December 11. Tickets are $38 (+ bf) and available via the Annandale Hotel website. #
