Golden Plains 2010 line-up - Pavement, Dinosaur Jr, Dirty Projectors, The Big Pink

The first batch of artists for the 2010 Golden Plains festival was announced this morning. Obviously, Pavement's headline slot was already known, but there are still plenty of lovely inclusions in the first round.

The festival will be taking place from March 6-8 at the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre. The ticket ballot is now open with the first successful applicants being notified today, and the 'reserves' getting their email notifications on November 12. Physical ticket sales (record stores etc) will then happen on November 18, followed lastly by online gen pop sales on November 20.

1st time to OZ and Goldebn Plains will be the first festival to kick off my global festival extravanganza year 2010 (Sonar, Exit, Secret Garden Party)......very excited about Gaslamp Killer....love his style!!
