Harvest gets even better, makes us all feel even older
We were already booking our flights to Parramatta, getting the picnic rug out of storage and waiting in line to buy tickets (we don't really trust this whole "online" "e-commerce" "thing") when Neutral Milk Hotel were announced as the first act for this year's Harvest Festival. Then the organisers turned it all the way up to 11 and added a whole bunch more quality names that deeply resonate with positive memories from our formative/development years — including that guy with sexy leather hips and stompingly catchy tunes that started WW1, a bunch of world-famous beaver-hunting cowboys, that singing baby from Ally McBeal and even the son of legendary physicist Hugh Everett III. Holy bucket bongs.
