Lil Wayne jail sentencing delayed
Lil Wayne was supposed to start his year-long jail today, but, according to those maniacs over at MTV, he has had the sentencing delayed until March 2, because he has a cracked tooth that requires emergency dental surgery.
The rapper is set to undergo surgery February 12 in Miami, according to [his lawyer, Stacey Richman]. He will need a week to 10 days to recover. His defense offered prosecutors February 25 as a date for Wayne to turn himself him in after surgery, but Judge Charles H. Solomon instead selected March 2.
Sources close to the rapper say his dental woes are most likely caused by the 'shitload' of candy he consumes everyday. His crazy metal grills probably don't help either.
