Fucked Up have won the 2009 Polaris Prize for their brilliant The Chemisty Of Common Life record.
The hard rocking six piece beat out other (lame) bands such as Metric, Great Lakes Swimmers, and Malajube to take out the $20,000 prize. There are some photos from the night (including frontman Pink Eyes stripping down to his undies) up on Chromewaves.
