Local music journal, Mountain Fold, will be curating Fridays at La Campana's Goodgod Small Club. The three nights will feature performances by awesome local bands Naked On The Vague, The Stabs, Witch Hats, The UV Race and Royal Headache.
The first batch of artists for the
2010 Golden Plains festival was announced this morning. Obviously, Pavement's headline slot was
already known, but there are still plenty of lovely inclusions in the first round.
Ordinarily we save our 'what is happening in Sydney' posts for the final two days of the working week, when the soulless 9-5 has beaten you to a pulp and there is nothing left to look forward to other than putting your feet up and/or getting completely dank-faced at an underground rave party. But this week is special.
